Ratatouille – The peak of summer veggies with thyme and basil. We add balsamic vinegar for that extra pop!
Marinara – This is the recipe we have landed on and love it. We plop 4-5 cloves of roasted garlic as well as 2 Tblspn balsamic vinegar into each quart jar.
Potato Soup – This is what I am about to prep, so I am not sure if I will stick with it.

- We add kale to most of our soups, stews, etc!
- Simple saute with whatever else is available (carrots, turnips, etc) with bacon, maybe a little balsamic vinegar, topped with some parmigiano reggiano.
